Own Your Authenticity was founded in June 2020 during one of the most grueling times in our history. Ashley founded the brand first as a blog as a way to encourage women to own their authenticity, instead of succumbing to social media's standards. 

 

Ashley and OYA have collaborated with other like-minded women to share expertise and insight on podcasts like Introverts We Thrive & Heartwork with PBJ. Through the brand we've hosted a webinar (Becoming), a masterclass (Quit Playing Small), hosted a live Instagram series (Thrive Miniseries) and hosted a women's empowerment event.
